After clearing the Foundation exam, one moves ahead with this level. Graduates skip the first level and directly give this executive exam. So for many this is the second stage whereas for the graduates this is their first gateway to a promising career of a Company Secretary. This becomes tough as the number of students sitting for this very exam gets high since all the graduates directly apply for this along with those who already have cleared the foundation level first. A well planned strategy with adequate amount of study will only gain you in coming out with bright colours.
There are seven papers divided into a set of two programs of study. Going into the detail of the paper, it is a blend of multiple choice questions with long writing based questions which is theoretical based.
